This started close to home. People we care about spent decades building pool businesses from scratch — the kind of business where the owner is the schedule, the sales team, and the safety net, all at once. When it came time to slow down, the only option anyone offered them was to sell everything and walk away.
We didn't think that should be the only option. So we built Aigentic Systems to give owners like them a way to step back without stepping away — workflows that keep leads answered, jobs booked, and customers followed up with automatically, so the business keeps earning even as the owner's hours shrink.
It's not about replacing the people who built the business. It's about making the business less dependent on any one person being everywhere, all the time.
